I think this is superior magnesium supplement. I have been taking another magnesium for years which helped me immensely with my migraines but after I started working out I have been experiencing severe muscle pain in my calves. Nothing helped - massages, hot tube, expensive new shoes, you name it. I was in pain until I tried magnesium malate. End then the pain went away! I recommend this to everyone.

people who get migraines, take this ! after getting 3 or 4 migraines a month for over a year, i started taking two caps, three times a day and went for three weeks without a migraine. the one i had was less severe than they'd been and then i went two more weeks (and counting) without them. have talked with others who say that magnesium has changed their lives and i'm on board with that now too. that said, regarding this particular seller, the price is fine but i ordered these may 3 and they arrived may 12. that's a bit of a wait. i ran out and had to run to a brick and mortar store and pick more up. not sure why the delay but there it is.
