I love this decent little sofa and it's comfortable for a low end sofa. Was easy to assemble. I like laying on it. Perfect book reading couch. Black is basic and goes with other things I already had like the pillows and the painting. I didn't want to spend a lot on furniture right now and this sofa hit the spot.

The phrase “you get what you paid for” is true. I have requested a return of this couch. The bottom cushions do plump up to firm and uncomfortable density, but the back cushions do not. This is problematic because the back of the sofa is a hard, unpadded piece of wood covered in cloth; there is no way to sit comfortably. The other problem is the depth of the seat itself. Based on the measurements of just the outside profile of the seat, you have no way of knowing that the actual seat is very short, meaning that it feels more like the depth of a bench than a couch. My children’s height worked well for the seat depth but they were so uncomfortable with a wooden board on their upper back and a bottom cushion with no give to sink into, even our shortest family members could not sit comfortably. Even worse, this is really a couch with an ottoman. The ottoman doesn’t connect so you risk the thing moving away from the couch if you move around too much. The fabric is a pretty color and I liked the texture. But it’s not tailored nearly as well as the picture and you definitely need to ensure the back is against the wall because it is not finished well enough to be on display. The cushions connect with velcro, so if you hate that sound you are out of luck. I think this couch would be perfect for rooms that encourage people not to stay long. But it’s not well made enough to be decorative furniture for staging or a room that is rarely used. Unless you enjoy repackaging couches and hoping you don’t miss the one attempt UPS will make on a business day not provided, I don’t recommend purchasing this couch.

The couch was very easy to put together (20 mins or less) and looked decent for a budget friendly couch. Comfort leaves MUCH to be desired. This couch would be best in an area not frequently used or needed for comfort seating. Couch provides room for 2-3 adults and the let rest can be used as an additional seat in a pinch. The quality is lackluster, as the cheap wood used can be noisy and prone to breaking after just weeks of continued use. This couch would be good for college students or presentation rooms for simple seating.

Received my couch about a week ago and just now got around to putting it together. First I'll start by saying that this couch is extremely small and very firm so not the greatest for laying around on on a Sunday morning lol that aside it is a great starter couch for smaller spaces. I don't make alot of money and can't afford much so this was the perfect couch for my budget. My dog absolutely loves it and has now claimed it as his own. As for putting it together, it's pretty straightforward and even with the parts not being labeled you can still figure it out. All in all, for the price, it's s good choice.

This sofa is a nice starter sofa for a starter apartment. i recently moved into my second apartment and it’s way sturdier then the previous couch I had bought. i’m about 5,7 and laying down on it is just enough room and is honestly kind of cozy. the only downside wont be the instructions. i Did think my product was damaged at first but figured it out at the end of the day so it’s something worth buying for the price. (the coffee table is also on amazon and fits perfectly with the couch)

Over all not a terrible couch. However, the back cushions are so flimsy. Not much comfort when sitting. The seat cushions are nice and comfortable. Just wish the back was better. Going to have to buy more accent pillows to make it worthy of sitting on.

When I bought this couch I never got a chance to look at it cuz of passing on my sister and then my brother was in a less than 3 months so I never had a chance to put the new couch up when I opened the box finally to get the new couch ready I was extremely disappointed wish I had gotten to open it when I first got it or I would have returned it it is so poorly made and so uncomfortable that is not worth the money I paid for it the cushions on the back are very useless you can feel the board stick through the cushion the ottoman that came with it it's taller than the actual couch cushion after only sitting a week on the couch the cushions that I'm sitting on a really broken down was not a good value for my money and being a person on extremely tight budget I am unable to even buy a different couch I really think I could get this one away cuz it looks older than it is I literally been sitting on it a week that's I finally got to put it up and I am so disappointed I cannot see straight unfortunately I missed the return date because like I said I had the death of my brother and sister and never got the chance to put the couch up until now would I recommend this couch no the couches that you find in dorm rooms are more comfortable than this is something you might stick in your basement and have your kids play on and not worry about stuff getting ruined cuz a kid might not have a problem with it but as a growing adult this is ridiculous I learned my lesson to check everything I get for now on as soon as I get it open the box and look and see if I'm going to like it don't make the same mistake lesson and learn here. I tried to get past and giving it no stars but it wouldn't let me I otherwise no stars it don't deserve a freaking star
