This product is very good! The directions state to take 3 capsules daily--one in the morning and 2...2 hours before sleep. I followed this protocol and could not sleep; was awake most of the night. Same result the next night. I altered my dosage to one in the morning and 1 mid-day. MUCH better outcome. Yes, I would would recommend this product. I have used other products from this vendor with excellent results. I do suggest experimenting with dosage for the best personal outcome.
