Do the characters have faces or are they solid black?

IF YOU ARE talking about the 2010 version of the snow trooper battle pack then they have black faces. if you are talking about the more recent one from January 1st then they have individual printed faces. If you are looking for an army builder set then I suggest the 2022 one from January. But if you are looking for just a collectors set then you do you. I hope this helps.

why is this so over priced on amazon, they go for $19.99 at Target and Khols?

Certain sellers like to buy products that are in retail and act like they're a rare commodity when they aren't even discontinued yet. It always makes me smile when I see a seller try justifying their overpriced products. Maybe just... Don't try selling a product that is still in retail? Maybe wait to sell them AFTER stores have stopped carrying them? That way, you can charge any price you like. Simple business bro.
