Yes it works fine with the thread adapters and actually works well with the suppressor as well. Silincerco -adapter & Spectre II by Silencerco. Very easy and tools are included.

Can I get a replacement screw? Mine came out while shooting at the range.

Their are sever industrial fastener companies that sell all kinds of screws. Fastenal is national one, look them up on the net.

does it come with a rear site? if not where can i get one?

This was perfect for my Walther P22. It came with all the tools I needed to do the installation, and a keychain container to store the alternate fiber optic colors and keep them safe. Honestly... it was easier to install this, than it was to reassemble the P22 afterwards.
