The book came into the mail on time and as described by the seller. The book fits in the palm of your hand so it's perfect for traveling. I've already started my side project of leisurely translating it into English. Would recommend this to anyone interested in reading Japanese!

Is there a English translation of this book ? I been interested in studying the history and present of the forest and this legendary book

なんとなく女性向け漫画っぽいと言うか、推理そのものより主人公の真実を追求する姿とそれに協力してくれる人とのやり取りが印象強いので物足りないと思う方はいらっしゃるかも。私は好きです。

『さすが清張ですよね。』というしかない名作です。何度読んでもぐんぐん内容に引き込まれていきます。後味の悪さも物語に入り込んでしまったからこそ。人間のエゴ、弱さ、でもそれだけで回っている世界がある、ということをまざまざと見せつけられる清張作品です。

今迄に読んだ松本清張作品と比べると期待ハズレ。矢張り一流作家での著名作品でも合う合わないがありますねぇ

推理小説は苦手ですが、細かい描写で飽きずに読み進められました。
