Poor quality item
The pillow was not as illusrated because the ends of the horseshoe do not have a gap as shown, they actually touch. Also The cover does not fit smoothly round the inside radius but creases. It just falls short of the quality you should expect given the price of the product.

Poor quality
Very thin, not comfortable, not great quality, very disappointing. Pictures were very flattering, this is not a good product at all in fact I have not used it in my massage therapy. Very expensive I would have paid £5 for it had I known the quality.I was expecting more for what I paid.

Good, soft padding, very comfortable, easy to position and use. Could do with replacement cover for washing etc. would recommend

Not as pictured
The photograph shows a decent amount of space between the "wings", which is misleading and not the reality. The "wings" come close together, making it considerably less than ideal for its intended purpose.
