Hazelnut is best
Their are four flavours inside:- Hazelnut,caramel,mocha, and vanilla.Hazelnut was the best, I really loved ot. Mocha was also quite good.Caramel was just normal coffee without any caramel taste but coffee still tasted fine.I did not like vanilla. Infact I was a little reluctant to drink it.

It has maltodextrin, which is a high glycemic index sugar. Continental Speciale says it has Instant Coffee (84.2%), but no percentage of Maltodextrin used.
