I use a POE (Power Over Ethernet) switch. this should work if you have nothing else like it: TP-LINK TL-SF1008P, otherwise you can get a big 24 port switch and have it power more of your office equipment. Not sure on just a regular power supply though.

Hi can this phone be used in countries with voltage of 220V?

It is powered over Ethernet (from the switch) which is often 24V but could be as high as 48V. Whether or not it can be used in a 220V country is a function of which switch you are using & how it’s powered.

Does this work with a Shoretel phone system?

We buy and sell a lot of Shoretel as well as Polycom. I have never seen anyone use a Polycom Conference phone with Shoretel. I would doubt it works with a Shoretel Premise system, it may work with a Shoretel Hosted Service. For a Shoretel Premise System, you would need either the Shoretel ip8000 or some use the IP 655 depending on the current version of Shoretel Software your system is running.
