Does the job
With an underactive thyroid, selenium is a must. Small capsule, easy to swallow. Good quality!

I love them
I've always used a different brand but I use almond all products from micro industries so I decided to give it a try. I love it, they are very small, I compare it to a cooked black bean (didn't have raw) they are the size of a raw black bean. You get plenty of them(500) 200mg soft gels and only take one a day. I love the small, not sure why there so many complaints Abt it. All I small is the coconut oil. There's no taste and easy to swallow.

Better than levothyroxine to me!
I take these instead of my thyroid pills now! I Love this brand the only thing is the smell and some burps .. but other than that.. they've worked with keeping my thyroid in order and my fatigue isn't as bad as I've got a bit more energy since using them!

I like this form of selenium. It does not have all the fillers other selenium supplements have. Make sure you combine it with a natural vitamin E.
