This ice pack fits my arm perfectly and does a wonderful job! 20 minutes and my elbow feels much better! So much easier than trying to balance 3 ice packs on and under my elbow. So glad I found this!

This product really works. Gets super cold in fridge and lasts a long time for help on shoulder. It's working great for me.

This is a really great ice pack. Have tried a few others for my husbands golfers elbow and they all warmed up way too fast. This one stays cold for a very long time enough to do both elbows in one sitting at 20 min each. One issue is it could be a bit more elastic to hold very tight however it’s the best one we’ve ever tried by far.

I had arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder in January. This has been a lifesaver. Still using it as I gain more mobility/flexibility and strength. Purchase 2 if you can. It does take a bit to chill. Since my surgery was during a Michigan cold snap, in the front porch was closer than the kitchen, I just left it with my other ice packs on the front porch chair. It made it much easier for me to rotate my ice packs. This one was nice it fits well over your shoulder and upper arm covers much more space than many of the others I looked at. It doesn't bunch up or get empty spaces. Folds up well to tuck into the freezer.

Almost returned this because it is just too big and wants to slide down. But I'm using a stretchy band to keep it in place. Out of the 4 I've purchased, this isn't the most comfortable. But this stays cold a very very long time. When I pulled it out of the freezer after 2 hours, it didn't seem to be very cold. After 5 min, I had to switch arms. After an hour it was still freezing cold while wearing. 2 hours later, and it still doesn't seem that cold by simply touching it. But, wearing it...freezing cold. This stays colder than any others I've tried. Amazingly so!
