No.. it’s not the same. This is an industrial cleaner. If you want to clean around the house or a car, it may make a permanent stain or damage the material.

No it’s not Acidic it’s more on the alkaline side.

If chemical is full power, is it safe for matte wheels? If not, can it be diluted and made safe? If so, what is the dilution rate recommended?

We mostly use it on concrete. Never used on matte wheels
