Give them a try!
The texture is a bit different, as expected, but not mushy and doesnโt fall apart like normal gluten free noodles. Same noodle flavor. Very filling, definitely worth trying, I ordered once and started a subscription after making the first box. Weโve enjoyed the black bean, edamame and soy so far.

Texture is different, flavor is good.
I like all of them, my hubby not so much. My palate is much more accepting of flavor and texture. They tend to be a bit rubbery, but after all they are beans remade into noodles. Good with any sauce or meat. Not as easy to over cook as grain noodles, nor mushy if you do. It doesnโt take a lot to make a full dish. Again, I like them and they are much healthier for me. Keeps the carb count down.

Really interesting!!
Look, if you're gluten-free, you've tried a million mediocre pastas. This one is expensive, but you're getting something really interesting for it. The taste is quite nice! Noticeably different, but not intrusive. I don't see a huge difference between the flavors of the various beans. Texture is a little different, but taste remains fairly neutral. Texture is good, better than many GF products, but you DEFINITELY want to cook minimally. Better to chew a little extra than risk mush. Each box makes quite a bit, as it expands a lot in cooking: maybe as much as 4 servings per box? It always makes more than I expect when I put it in the pot. AND... you're getting a ton of protein and fiber, with an extremely low glycemic index, and it maybe even counts as Keto? Yes, it costs more than regular pasta. But for once, you're getting more as well. If you can afford it, it's worth a try.

Favorite pasta alternative
These are good! Iโve tried the other alternative pastas like Chickpea but these are the easiest for me to cook and taste good- a little tough on the texture

These are fantastic!
So I was expecting a less than stellar product here. I was attracted to the health features of course, and I have wheat issues so I'm gluten free. I thought why not? I read the reviews, people had concerns about the texture (I have texture issues!) but I found the texture and flavor to be awesome! They cook in 5 minute. The package says rinse in cool water at the end of the cooking cycle, so I did and wow! Honestly a great gluten free pasta, which I have missed! LOVE these noodles! I can throw together a little sauce while they cook to top them and it's a wonderful, healthy meal.

#1 Option for Gluten Free Pasta Choice !
Got the Variety Pack so that I could try all 3 types. The texture of all 3, if you follow the cooking instructions, is spot on. Al-dente, just like regular pasta. The taste is spot on also. If you didn't know it, you'd think you were eating wheat pasta. I do have to mention though, I cannot seem to get past the color on the Black Bean pasta. It tastes just fine but it is just too colorful for me. The green cooks up so light that when you put pasta sauce on it you can't even tell it's green. The Soy cooks up to look just like regular pasta. ...but the Black Bean stays black. Even though it tastes fine, I wouldn't serve it to company (or my husband). I highly recommend this as a substitute to wheat pasta. I will be buying the Soy and Edamame varieties again.

Ok for grain free would rather eat edamame.
These products have great ingredients and I like the idea. They all sort of have a chalky rubber band texture. No matter how you cook them they are either like rubber band chalk or soggy and break apart. I do like that I can make four servings of high protein pasta for my meal prep and I added Textured veggie protein to the sauce with zucchini noodles and pan fried peppers and onions with liquid smoke and garlic. This made all four meals 37 grams of protein. I think I would rather eat straight edamame than these noodles personally since edamame tastes better to me. I know that chickpea noodles are all the rage but I have the same issue with those. Chalky and either too mushy or too chalky tasting to me unless I load it with cheese on top to cover the taste and consistency. So maybe this is just my preference not this actual product. With what I made above it tasted best piping hot with some cottage cheese on top and just tried to make it extra saucy. I do like that I have these high protein meals for the week, I will eat them even though I may not enjoy them as much as other meals I have made but I do enjoy the health benefits and thankful to have such nutritious food. This is a very high protein meal for being vegetarian so I am also thankful for that! Would I buy these again? No, not for me personally. I have over half the boxes left and unsure what to do with them but I will maybe make a cold pasta salad or something tasty with them. Iโm sure there are a lot of recipes I could discover where the texture may be more pleasing.
