Which one is correct reading, the color at 15 sec. or when the colors stop changing?

Hold level without shaking. Wait for the 15 seconds, that will be the color to read. I have used these all summer this year and they are very accurate.

Can I use it to test for chlorine?

Yes. These strips test both chlorine and bromine. They are quite accurate when compared with drops.

Most 7 in 1 tests that I've come across have been roughly $55 for a 100 pack.. assuming these are affective, it's an amazing find! Very simple and striaght forward to use too.

The strips didn't work, kept reading ph wrong. I bought distilled water to double check - consistently read it at a ph of 6. I tried another sample if purified water - did the same again.
