Is it oily or like cream ? I don't like Vicks vaporub because of its oilyness.

It is very similar to Vicks, except that it is "lighter". It feels like wearing a sheen of natural oil. It's not as thick as Vicks though. Honestly, I don't think you'd like this product, since it is an oil base.

Does it have any steriods?

My sister in law wouldn't give me anything that did, so no.

Can this product be used inside the nose?

I have never placed inside nose. I have rubbed outside under my nose. The container does not speciify if it can be used inside the nose.

Works great and has multiple uses. The tea tree oil is the dominant ingredient, but all the other oils work well together. I had a really bad rash from shingles and it was the only thing I could use that helped relieve the itchiness and soothe the skin. Very happy with it. Does smell a little strong, but it's basically tea tree oil. It's a natural fragrance so it was fine for me. It is quite solid like a candle but once it warms up on your hand it applies evenly.
