I LOVEEE these so much. I needed to make sure I stayed hydrated when I was pregnant and postpartum, and these were a great solution without adding a bunch of extra sugar into my diet. The fruit punch is the superior flavor, although all of them are really good. They don’t taste sugar-free which is what is most important to me, I usually hate anything that is supposed to be zero sugar or diet. I appreciate all of the vitamins and nutrients these include, and that they don’t have fake dyes in them to change the color. The qualities is great for the price if you ask me.

I use to buy the usual tablets but I like these more, less cramping. I also have made my own "healthier" formulas but I have trouble drinking that salty, sweet stuff so much that I found myself getting dehydrated. So, I drink this and eat what I need to. Sometimes, this includes some Rold Gold or similar Pretzels and trail bars. This powder is palatable as well as helpful so I continue to use it. I reduced a star because it doesn't have Magnesium Malate.

I love these. I am 70 + and find these a lifesaver after outdoor activity in the Florida heat, during a long road trip , after a bout of illness, anytime I feel unwell. They taste do good to me ( my hubby doesn't agree) and I feel better after drinkind a bottled water with one packet inside.
