Only three observations for the seller - 1. The laces were mismatched - different lengths & colours. Now I have to buy a fresh set of laces. Please ensure laces are properly matched! 2. One of the shoes had some polish inside near the heel - I came to know only at the end of a full day of wear, when I saw the brown marks on the heel of my sock. Also, one of the laces had bits of glue on it, which won't come off. Now I have to buy a fresh set of laces. Please ensure that the product is clean and free from any residue of manufacturing materials such as glue, polish, etc! 3. Although my size is UK 12, I had to return the size-12 shoe ordered earlier as it was too tight, and I had to order size-13. Please maintain standard sizes so that the carbon footprint for return of goods is reduced!
