Can this sub work in an IB setup

Can these work for a Mackie speaker?

They should work as a replacement. But you need to ensure that you have matched the OHM rating. I.E., use an 8 OHM speaker to replace an 8 OHM speaker.

I am looking at this to use in a powered 15" subwoofer Cabinet. Would this be a suitable replacement?

The Delta 15LFA works well in lower power low freqency and subwoofer applications. Most Eminence items with an "LF" suffix denote they are designed for low frequency. im looking to build a single bass cabnet that will pair with my 410s @ 8ohms to bring it together for a 4ohm raiting my amp runs better @ 4 ohms

Sure it will work. I'm currently using these two in parallel as 4 Ohm, and I'm using a R1100M car amp to push them. They'll work just fine on a class D home amp once it's 4 Ohm. Impedance is what matters.
