Since I had a certain virus we all have heard of, with the help of a hypothyroid, I have had some INTENSE brain fog and can't think of words I know, and will forget mid sentence what I'm talking about, which is scary considering I'm 39 years old. Still didn’t finish yes it keeping my head clear not much energy, I paid almost 60 I didn’t get a wow from It. I bought this a long time ago and still didn’t finish them, these capsules are huge and hard to stay down unless I take it with food
