Is 5:1 more potent than 10:1? All studies I've seen were using 10:1

10:1 would generally be considered more potent than 5:1, as in ratio extracts 10:1 means ten kilos of raw herb were utilized to produce one kilogram of extract. 5:1 means five kilos were used to produce one. In certain circumstances though, going with too high a ratio can lose some beneficial substances in the herb.
