The liner rips EVERY TIME.
The liner rips as soon as you try and lift the laundry out. I’ve replaced it twice - it’s going back for good. ZERO STARS.

Item not effective. It is slanted when the poles are put in place effectively. It is better and collapses and I passed the window to return it.

Doesn’t stand up straight
My hamper won’t stand up straight. I see most of the other one star reviews complain about the same issue. I wonder how all the five star review people are managing to keep the hamper straight? I keep twisting mine back to straight but it won’t stay. I really hate this hamper!

Didn’t keep its shape, fell apart!

Disappointing
I loved these for the first two weeks. After that the body of the hampers started to twist and they wont sit square anymore. I didnt overload them, I have taken them apart and put them back together but they are still twisted and will fall over easily.
