The children love the premises of the story. Misbehaving little ninja kids at daycare! Gotta love that! It has that repetitive nature that my 3 and 4 year olds love! The illustrations are rich without being over powering. And the "Ka-Boom, Ka-Pow!" has become our classrooms weekly chant! There is a moral lesson to this story about classroom responsibility, but it is not over cutesy or pushy. So the children absorb it without much promoting. A great early childhood tool. But we also read it at home often, so it does not need to be used in a classroom setting. My kids choose it often for their bedtime story. You won't regret it. And the best Part!? It doesn't tear your adult brain apart re-reading it a hundred times! Always a plus in a children's book! Review: Deep Belly Laughs - My 5 year old son and I had some deep belly laughs with the hilarious illustrations in this book. Look for the little girl with a green cloud coming from her. It is subtle but funny. Also watch the ninja teddy bear. He looks beat up, like the teacher at the end.

Deep Belly Laughs
My 5 year old son and I had some deep belly laughs with the hilarious illustrations in this book. Look for the little girl with a green cloud coming from her. It is subtle but funny. Also watch the ninja teddy bear. He looks beat up, like the teacher at the end.

Cute book. Ordered it as a gift for my 6 year old nephew, but my 4 year old enjoyed it so much we kept it.

A MUST HAVE for any home with kids who attend daycare!
My family first found this book at our local library and it became a fast favorite. I read it to my kids in advance of them starting daycare and now we finally have our own copy! My kids are thrilled to be little ninjas getting ready for daycare daily

My kids love this book, so much so they have the words memorized. It's fun to read to them, we keep buying this book to give as gifts.

My son loves this book. I'm very happy with the story. It is funny with a good lesson.Only thing I was very disappointed about was it arrived somewhat damaged. Not happy about that.

We all love this book in my house, sometimes we read it three times in a night! My daughter picked it out at the library and we read it so much that we ordered our own copy as well as Dojo Daytrip and Dojo Surprise. I have also given this as a gift and and it was well received!
