I like the tone quality of these. I like that you can hear a conversation without having to take them out like ear buds. They are not actually bone conducting, but the tone quality is very good. To adjust the volume you lightly tap the button (it is capacitive, like your phone screen) tap right down, left up. Read the instructions for answering the phone, etc! You have to get use to wearing them, I do get some pressure above the ear which is a little uncomfortable, but after break in, I got use to them, and love them. I like them better than the bone conducting (strap behind head) when I'm active, the bone conducting keep dropping down and setting on the top of my ears. I'm constantly pushing them up, however, when biking, my helmet holds the bone conducting in place. I also like wearing them in my steam shower, again, they don't slide down on the back of my head. I shave my head, so you may not have this issue. I really, really like the charger. It is magnetic and you don't have to plug and unplug the cord. I have other devices that plug in directly which is a point of failure. The phones automatically turn on and connect when removed from the charger. They also turn off when placed in the holder. For the price, > $30, they are a very good buy.👍

For the record, I have hearing problems and prefer not to stream into my hearing aids. I can’t use in ear buds and have a bone conduction headset but the headband part isn’t comfortable when lying down. I find bone conduction works well for me regardless of the hearing aids. I tried several of the ones that cuff the earlobe and don’t sit right in the ear, including the Bose, but could not hear them well. I compared several of these bone conductions sets and thought, for the price, what the heck. They paired quickly, easy to use and great sound volume and quality. I barely notice them on my ears, even when wearing glasses. I’ll be getting rid of all the other ones I have, including the Bose.

I'll try to keep this as a useful review as that what a review is for. I've had these for a few weeks now. Nope, they are not bone conductive. They are headphones that hang on your ear. The sound quality is decent for listening to music. You'll hear more mids than base. Again, they hang on your ear...they are comfortable. These two things usually don't go hand in hand. I can wear them 8 hours with no discomfort from wearing, and the open ear keeps my ear canals from being a swamp. So far the battery will last for most of those 8 hours. As far as the buttons and such, I don't really know how they work. I did have a manual that described it though...🤷🏿‍♂️ The charging dock works fine, it holds them in place as good as a mid range magnet would during travel. If they are jostled too much, they will fall out. Expecting more than that would be silly. On that note, my pockets can be a lot so I guess they are durable. As far as the customer service interactions...I wouldn't know. I have no reason to contact them. I enjoy truly enjoy these for the price I paid. 7 out of 10

My ears are super sensitive to noise. Earbuds never work for me because I hate having the noise directly in my ear canal. These are great! I use them at work a lot. They are not the most comfy things, but not bad either. I don't think these would be great for any active sports activity, as I could see them easily falling off. However, for stationary desk use in an office setting where you need individual speakers, this works great! I really love that these are not directly in my ears, but still easy to slide off to talk to someone or answer the phone. I can still hear what is going on around me with just one of them on at a time. I would purchase these again!

I bought a very similar pair of these earbuds and had an issue where the left bud would stop charging and become a paperweight. I bought these thinking maybe I just got unlucky with my old set since I had it for a few months now, but no. I had the same problem. (within 5 days this time!) The earbuds themselves are great for my needs. They are open, comfortable, and feel nice to use. I like the snappy magnetic ball charger. Audio quality is fine for what it is, not amazing, but gets the job done and the blue tooth connection is fairly decent I rarely have issues with it cutting out or anything. But unfortunately I cannot recommend these earbuds due to the crappy unreliable battery. IT LASTED 5 DAYS! What junk.
