The installation went great and I was very happy. Until after a couple of weeks the lock would not open from the outside. Using the fingerprint and code the opener reported that it was open - but when you press the handle it does not work. Sent a complaint to the help email and have not heard anything. Not happy!! I was contacted and they are sending a replacement

So far working great. It is a little loud with the locking and unlocking sound. But hey it works and is super easy to set up.

This is the second Olumat lock that has stopped working. Can anyone with Olumat help? The handle just doesn’t engage and it remains locked even when it says it is unlocked
