Instructions call for 6mm drill bit. I recommend using no 3/16" SAE if you don't have metric. Heavy duty brackets. Strong design. Adjustment simple and locks securely. There is a notch on the ends that hold the end grommet in place. This is a well designed curtain rod. Not fancy. Functional. But it still looks good.

I put my brackets about 3 inches from the ceiling and 4.5 inches from the wall end, and it was a tight squeeze since my windows aren’t evenly placed on each wall. These curtain rods are great! I was looking for a rod that would fit some farmhouse curtains I have to go in my kitchen. They were incredible easy to put together and adjust in size which is great. They are not heavy and so far seem to be doing good with rust and are not slipping. The color I got was black and it looks very chic with the rest of the color theme of my kitchen. The only downside is the adjustable rod is a little loose and seems like I falls out easily if you keep touching it, but I have it resting on the bars so it's not that big of a deal! Otherwise I'd recommend!

I bought this adjustable Byondeth curtain rod from 16 to 144 inches and I really liked it because it was very practical to adapt to my window without complications. One of the best things is that it can be easily adjusted to the size you need, so it works very well for different spaces of the house. The material feels resistant and once installed it is firm. It supports the curtains well and looks nice, with a simple style that combines with different decorations. I also liked that the installation was quite easy and that it brings what is necessary to assemble it.

Not too fancy but it does it’s job. Easy to assemble and hang. Durable materials. It came with enough length that I threw away the extra, not needed.

Good thickness and great quality. Held 4 curtains panels with ease and the rod is a great color. The hardware they include isn’t the best, but it works. The curtain rod serves its purpose and seems to be holding up well. We open our curtains daily and the rod has stayed strong.
