The strawberry flavor was great but the blueberry tasted so artificial, it reminded me of the taste of like…a blueberry flavored vape.

This stuff was THE BOMB. I was drafted to make a wedding cake for my niece and she requested strawberry. I have never made a wedding cake before, so I recruited my sister, who was a professional baker. She said we needed Strawberry Essence (NOT strawberry extract) to make our strawberry buttercream filling. I'm glad I listened to her because the result was magical. The flavor was incredibly natural and no trace of a chemical taste. It was like biting into the freshest, ripest strawberry. If you're wondering about the cake in general, we baked a white cake, but between each layer we used strawberry jam and strawberry buttercream made with this product. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this was the best cake I ever made. Highly, highly recommend this for your next strawberry wedding cake, or any strawberry cake.

This cherry extract is something to behold! As soon as I opened the bottle, there was a delicious aroma that came drifting up from the bottle. MmmMmMMmmMMmm... The cherry flavor is strong and delicious, plus there's no artificial red dye! I was very happy with this! I needed this specific flavor for some white icing and for these little cookies that are like wedding cookies. Red dye would have ruined BOTH! The description states that this cherry extract is 'high concentration." Welp, after using it, I have to say that THEY ARE CORRECT! Also, because it is concentrated, I didn't have to use as much as I used to use with other brands. It's definitely value for my money because a little bit goes a long way!
