I love a good cookie! These remind me of a Pepperidge Farm Milano - a thin layer of chocolate cream between two crispy wafers. They are small - less than 2" x 2". I like that they are individually wrapped - that helps keep binging at a minimum! I have been happy eating just one. They are crisp and a yummy treat when you have to have a good, sugar-free cookie.

They are delicious and satisfying. I like that they are individually packaged so they are fresh. The size is just right. They don't crumble or fall apart. The calorie count is fine for me as I only eat no more than two. The carb count is fine for me as well, partly because they are also high fiber. A very nice product.

The texture is just a tiny bit off from regular cookie. One will often satisfy your craving and they are sugar-free and gluten-free. The chocolate is quite tasty in the center. I would recommend that you give them a try being individually packaged they will keep for quite some time. But I wouldn't put one in my purse or in my pocket because they have a crumbly texture wouldn't take too terribly much to make a pile of crumbs.

These cookies are fantastic for low carb and keto observers but actually they are wonderful for all! They are chocked full of healthy ingredients like dark chocolate, monk fruit and almond butter with NO Palm Kernel oil (unhealthy) and the Palm Fruit oil the recipe contains actually has health benefits. We know now the culprit is sugar and healthy fats are good for us.
