It depends on your kid, but probably. The object is to spin a spinner and collect ingredients for a recipe. You can add challenge like having to complete multiple recipes at once or first person to complete x recipes. But it is good for fine motor skills. I would say a 9-year-old would be fine playing it with siblings but would get bored quickly playing it on their own.
