I’ve been purchasing hello baby products for several years now as our family continues to grow. This is a fantastic monitor, especially for the price. Easy to set up, great picture and I love the ability to use the split screen OR full screen. The size is also very generous which I love. No regrets!

We love this baby camera so much! This was actually our second setup with Hello Baby. I reached out to customer service for help with my initial set up as the sound stopped working. Ultimately we decided to upgrade to the larger dual split screen so we can have two cameras. They were so kind and so incredibly helpful. Worth it to know that you have a 1 year warranty after purchase. So keep track of your order invoice and reach out to them with any questions! PROS: - Super easy installation and very easy to understand. Product can be used immediately after opening the box. - No WiFi needed which means you can utilize it anywhere and not have to worry about connectivity issues. - Dedicated monitor instead of utilizing your personal phone. This was a feature that appealed to me as I didn’t wanna have to use my phone as the monitor and drain the battery or be restricted from using it. - Sound quality is clear and I love the two way talk feature so I can soothe my toddler or let her know that I’ll be there soon. - Picture quality is clear, even in night mode. You also have the ability to zoom in if needed. CONS: - It’s really not even a con, but our original monitor was the HB6550 with the 5in screen. The HB6550 Pro is 6in and it just caught us off guard because it is a larger monitor. See photo compared to a sheet of paper. Either way we still love it because the picture is clear and it’ll be useful for the split screen feature. Overall we really love this monitor and we recommend it to everyone. The price is affordable and customer service is amazing and super helpful with any issues that you might have. You really can’t go wrong with any of the monitors that they offer!

Great camera for a great price! Love that it doesn't require wifi to operate. Just plug it in to an outlet and you're ready to go! It cant not get any easier than that. Have no issues with battery life- charge it for a couple of hours during the day and leave it unplugged and on all night. Picture quality is great and night vision works well. We have used expensive wifi baby monitors and this blows them out of the water.

Great monitor that is not WiFi connected! We've been using HelloBaby monitors for 4 years now. We have multiple cameras and the eco mode works great for turning the screen off while the kids are sleep. You can easily see the kids even in the dark.

Love how I can use it anywhere in my house and I can see my kiddos sleeping or napping! 100/10 recommend!

I have been using the HelloBaby video baby monitor for the last two years. This is our second purchase, and it works well, providing good visibility in a dark room.

Super simple and easy set up, love that I don't have to worry about it connecting to wifi and losing signal in the middle of the night. The screen/monitor is giant, and all of the settings are easy to find and use. I love the fact that the camera is 360.. it makes it so easy to follow my youngest around the room when he is playing quietly in there. The sound is great, and the microphone clarity in the room with the camera is also really good as well. The night vision works well, and overall the quality of the picture is really good as well. Overall I love this purchase!

The picture is really clear, you can move the camera practically around the entire room. We can hear our child well but the 2-way speaker to her is really quiet. We wanted to be able to comfort her through the monitor but she can hardly hear us. The camera looks nice, it's a good price.
