Can this be used on lash clusters?…like Lashify gossamers or Kiss wisps?

No sure your question but if it can be used on lash extensions I don't see why it couldn't be used on strip lashes.

I have a client that has nearly see through lashes, is it possible to use this prior to filling her lash extensions to darken them?

I did use it prior to applying my false lashes and it did darken my natural lashed helping with a fuller look

Is this a product I leave on and reapply every 3-4 days? Or do I wash it off and reapply in 3-4 days?

I wash my lashes, specifically, every other day. I wash my face every night. I apply this each morning.

Can this be used as regular mascara?

It would "tint" your lashes black, but it is much thiner than mascara and would not be the same.
