Next level home made sourdough!!
Love this! I ordered this to avoid overly processed and overly sprayed wheat. This is much healthier than buying flour. I know where it comes from and it’s a clean product! The taste is nutty and fresh. I’ve used it in my sourdough, for breading meats for frying, and for baking. Very versatile! I like to leave them a little more course for bread! Cooks great for frying foods at a finer grain! So much you can use this for at a great price! Affordable and healthy!!

Excellent wheat, terrible bucket
Consistently good quality wheat berries. I’ve been getting this for a few years now and it has been excellent. I can either eat these wheat berries, or otherwise I have to stick with organic. Funny how that works. I think one of my first purchases had a pebble, so always always double check. My biggest gripe right now is actually the bucket itself. It has become increasingly difficult to open. The most recent one had me calling in help from my boys or husband (and I’m not weak, thank you very much). They had to get some tools to pry off the lid. Now that’s just silly. I’ll keep buying them, but the opened bags will get moved to a regular bucket with a gamma lid so we only have to struggle one time. Seems pretty wasteful actually, I hate to toss a good bucket.

Clean wheat berries!
Super clean wheat berries! This is a great deal in my opinion. As someone who is new in the fresh milled flour journey we live in the city and access to organic clean wheat berries is tough. This is able to be delivered right to my door so A+ for convenience And this huge container will last our family a long time. I am restocking my container that sits next to my miller and this glass jar will last me a couple months so I know I will get more than a years worth out of the entire container. I love that the packaging is able to be resealed to preserve the freshness. I think it taste great too. 10/10 would recommend
