Real food, not a bunch of chemicals - and the macadamia was a pleasant surprise. Not a nut I actively seek out.

Safe for MY histamine intolerance and glucose friendly
I developed a HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE earlier this year. We have yet to diagnose the cause. I went through 3 different doctors and am now seeing a functional doctor who is (finally) running tests to get to the root cause. In this health journey, I learned that I can safely eat macadamia butter and started making it from scratch. When I came across Blueprints macadamia butter, I was very impressed to note that it only contains macadamias. Then, after reading the labels of a few of his other items, I decided to try this bar. OMG. YAY! Finally, a packaged handheld snack I can eat that I did not have to fix myself. I love the flavors, the texture, and everything about it. A bonus is that it is glucose-friendly, so it does not spike my blood sugar. WINNING! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Safe Ingredients Quality: Excellent

Not edible. Hard as a rock
I’m editing my review even though this was not expected. Blueprint contacted me and offered a full refund. Very impressed with the quick response and their willingness to remedy the issue. I have bought these in the past and have never had an issue. Hoping these were a one off because they are very good when not hard. ————————— Previous rating response——— Hard as a rock. I love this Macadamia Nut Protein Bar!! Perfect!

All I want, all I crave.
I cant stop eating these. Please don’t change them. The balance of sweetness and richness is heavenly. I’ve never been more in love with a protein bar. I’ve also never left a review before but had to on these so Bryan doesn’t stop making them. I think about these bars day and night. Whenever I’m not eating them I think about eating them. I still can’t believe they only have 1g of sugar and are made from nuts and pea crisps. These bars are the creation of a true genius and I’ve never loved a product this much in my life.
