Hands down the best natural deodorant I've tried so far! (And I've tried quite a few, including Lūme, Schmidts, native, hume & small businesses deodorants) the van man's deodorant is very gentle on my very sensitive skin, it glides on smoothly and is soothing to my pits after shaving. When I sweat I don't smell horrible, it lasts almost 24 hours on me too ( but I do apply it once a day) with moderate sweating. For a truly clean deodorant, that works all day, it's definitely worth the money. It looks like it should last me at least 3 months, but I'll come back when I'm done with it and say how long it lasted applying 1x per day.

This is an all natural deodorant that actually works! I live in a very hot/humid area and this keeps me smelling clean.

I've had a few really good jars and it works great in SoCal summer holds up 24hrs or close to . However I had one jar that didn't work well and the consistency was really off . I contacted them and they replaced it no problem.

It works and I still use it because the ingredients are some of the best, but wish I got the other option for the glass jar. It melts and is messy so the glass jar option is better. I like to be quick in the morning and it’s definitely not a quick process. I usually will do extra tallow and this mixed together because it doesn’t go on super smooth

Let me start by saying I LOVE the Vanman company. I absolutely love the tallow balm and have used to for years. Unfortunately, for me, this product is not a winner. Here are the reasons why: - The cardboard tube is not great. I've used cardboard tube deodorants before and they were fine. This one does not hold up. It doesn't line up very well causing the edge to ball up and rub off into the deodorant. - The actual product is not firm enough to rub on your underarm like regular tube deodorant. It smears off in big chunks. I just use my finger now to scoop it out and rub on with my hands. Another reason to skip the cardboard tube. - I don't find this product to be effective as a deodorant. I have been using nature deodorants for years, so I'm aware that they are different than your drug store antiperspirant/deodorant. This one just doesn't hold up as well as other natural brands I've tried. Overall, while I do love this company and most of their products, I do not recommend it and would not purchase it again.
