Miracle Point Long Needle Nose Pliers with Magnifier, 5.75-Inch

I've bought about 6 pairs of needle-nose pliers over the last month to assist with building metal kits. Of the pliers I've bought this is the best set by a decent margin.The tip of this set of pliers comes to a point and meets up very nicely with the other half when gripping things. The hinge/joint on the pliers is good and allows a smooth gripping action. The rubber covers on the handles are nice and provide a decent grip.The magnifier is fairly basic. It works ok, and magnifies sufficiently, but due to the fact that you will pretty much be limited to using 1 eye to look through it, getting a judgment of distance in a 3d space becomes very difficult. Sadly I find myself NOT using it because of this. You might find a separate stand-mounted magnifier to be better, but failing that this solution can work OK (at best).Based on the quality of the rest of the pliers, however, I will still give this item a 5.

These are awesome! I bought one pair for my husband to work on Metal Works metal models and they work perfect! We then also bought a 2nd pair because I kept borrowing them to make wire jewelry. They are the best needle nose pliers ever! :-D

Seems to be a quality tool Have not put it to work yet. but from the looks of it going to work great.

Haven't had much time to use, but liked the feel of the pliers and the long needle nose.
