Maksone Countertop Nugget Ice Maker, 44lbs/24H,Ready in 7 Mins,Crushed ice Maker,Sonic Pebble Ice Machine

Loved this ice maker and after having it for 6 months had some issues customer service was so easy to work with and they sent a new Ice Maker within a week

I will not purchase this item again. The ice maker began making horrible noises within the first two mos of the purchase and placing it into use. I contacted the vendor i purchased it from we have been going back and forth for a month and a half. The last communication received was a month ago. I have since reached out again, no response. I had already performed all the solutions that they had requested that I do before they even responded. I am now out $200+ dollars for an ice machine that doesn't work. I clean the ice machine on a monthly basis and only use filtered water for the machine or anything that I use water for. I am very disappointed in this machine and the lack of customer service. I had even sent them an email 4 days ago, prior to submitting this review to give them the option of doing the right thing. The noise is ALOT louder than what you hear in the video.

My husband bought this because the ice maker he purchased for me for Christmas broke not even a month after using it. I waited another year later and this has been the best ice maker we have had. I love how quickly it makes the crunchy ice and it’s super simple to clean as well. We use it every day.

Love the quality for price. Works quickly. A little noisy.

If you are looking for a fast nugget ice maker stop looking this is it!!! Only thing to consider is the capacity, this does not have a big tank or ice container…
