The instructions are about as clear as mud. I couldn't connect secymtions up correctly. The screw that enables you to adjust the seat height was missing. Packaged up very poorly. The item was poor quality. I tried to get advice from Amazon and even they were unable to help me as the manufacturers instructions were not in English. Luckily I was able to return for a refund. Amazon were helpful but I wouldn't go near this item. Not worth the hassle.

Avoid like covid very poor ergonomics and unable to pedal continuosly, the 5 mins it took to decide it was utter crap 3 bolts had come loose despite being well tightened

Useless, the packaging came damaged and broken, no tools provided for assembly, missing parts such as the bracket. Poor condition upon arrival and inability to change the settings.
