Bosch is one of the best appliances this was very easy to use and makes a lot of bread and cookies. It’s not a very loud machine and although it’s a little on the costly side, I would definitely purchase this again..

I love this mixer so much. Just had to start my review with that! I have been making our bread by hand for the last four years, but it was becoming too hard to manage as our family size gas grown. This is a big price point for us, but I am so thankful for this machine. I usually make four loaves of bread at one time (I think it could hold up to 6 though), and freeze the extras. When I pull this out, I'll go ahead and make\prep other bread products one right after the other (pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, bagels, etc.). I can make sooo much more food in the same amount of time it took me to make two loaves of bread by hand. It never overheats, grinds, or has any weird smells. The dough gets perfectly elastic after 6min of kneading. The splash guard is nice. It is still small enough to fit under my cabinets. It's a bit obnoxious to clean, but gets easier once you are more familiar with the machine - make sure it is all the way dry before reassembling! I have been using it for 4months, but expect it to last for years to come. I will update if anything changes.

Top quality in every way! Attachments work great and it has plenty of power for even the thickest dough. Great mixer!!

stop looking... this is it!!! if you are making bread at home this is a must have addition to your kitchen. The quality of the mixing and the time saved while kneading is amazing.
