I love ramen but don't like the added sodium. These noodles are the best ever, I made a birria consommé concentrate that came from a seller on Etsy. I placed a beef chuck roast and beef bone in short ribs for the meat part of the ramen in slow cooker for 8 hours. It is the best for very inexpensive meal, the cost was a bit more than I expected, but to be able to have ramen and then Birria tacos, or even a Quesadilla is worth the cost to me, I can freeze some of the meat ~ I also purchased some Kikkoman concentrated soup base. It also is super tasty. I've been sick and adding really good ingredients to this with broth is the bomb.
