This mat is awesome! I was quite surprised how fast I felt a difference. I had suddenly developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot and the pain was so bad it was throbbing. Felt like i had a heartbeat in my foot. Laid on the mat with my knees bent and feet flat on the mat for 1 1/2 hours before bed. Woke up next day with no pain! The pain returned slightly by the afternoon after being on my feet all day again. I have been using this daily for 1-2 hours a day and day 5 pain has been gone all day. Truly amazed.

I have two of these. This was the second one bought to cut the time exposure in half. Red light therapy is great for numerous reasons; I have skin cancer to some degree and since I started using it the instances of “flare ups” have been reduced. Also the overall feeling of wellness is more pronounced than without it. Aches and pains aren’t as bad especially after a hard day at work

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!! If I could give this one star I would. It’s a great product, however it stopped working after about 3 weeks of using it. I tried to reach out to seller and they never got back to me. ALSO!! It has a terrible smell that finally went away after 3 weeks and it no longer works!

Starts out fantastic. No matter how careful you are, the lights stop working, often an entire row at a time, in less than a year. I have purchased 2 of these over the years. When the 1st one did this, I blamed myself for not being careful enough. However, when it happened with the 2nd one, and I was overly cautious in handling it, I would not buy it again. And the price keeps climbing. Very dissatisfied. Perhaps a smaller unit that's built tougher is the answer?

This is a good item, it has several settings, and different modes. Im happy with the purchase. One thing that I didn't know before the purchase was, in the booklet its mentioned dont use for metastatic cancer! I purchased the unit for its benefit of red light for cancer. Not sure why, the manufacturer has put this specific note in the booklet. Price is very reasonable compared to other units available, heat levels are adjustable to you liking, easy to install, i dont have pain, so I dont know how it would help in pain management, not heavy, but I think it works better on a bed than floor surface. The unit is flexible and durable. Just hope if someone can get back to me about the use for cancer.

Mat showed up on time and in good condition. You do need to charge the remote when it arrives before you can use it. Easy to roll out and attach the cords. I use this every day! It also comes with protective glasses that help protect your eyes. This is senior approved by me!

I really like it. I need to use it more.

Started off great. Used it daily, but now about 3 months in the lights are going out. About half don’t work anymore.
