For what I bought this for it worked fine. Its not super thick and stiff like a nema pvc box but it does not cost $30 either. I made a remote controlled extension cord to be used on my air compressor when I forget to turn it off and go upstairs. Plenty of room for the relay/remote receiver inside. Drilled easy for the gland with a step bit (wanted it centered not where the knockouts provided are). Template routed the hole for the receptacle using a metal mulberry cover.

Nice solid box with a good gasket on the lid. Box is installed in a septic tank. Installed watertight bulkhead connections on the box for AC lines to a septic pump.
