Easy to install
Put this hitch on the back of my 2019 Subaru Forrester. I love it easy to install. My husband had it mounted within 20 minutes. Love it.

Install cost
If you canโt feel capable of disassembling your rear end the cost to get it installed is $300.00 plus dollars. Otherwise itโs a good hitch.

you have to remove the rear plastic of car to get to the steel bumper
when I purchased hitch the picture showed it below the bumper. it seems they have changed their picture/ drawing of how the finish look is. you have to pull the entire rear plastic bumper piece off the car. we broke two out of 6 tabs getting this done. you remove factory bumper and replace with this hitch. hitch is solid once mounted. and u well have to leave that plastic door off of the bumper cover when hitch is installed. I cut a hole for the reciever to stick thru and still have 75% of my hitch cover put back on. this is really jeeps fault for a silly design for a tow option. I mean once a year I get it. but I tow alot. jeep could have spent 10 extra dollars on the factory metal they already were using and saved all this trouble.
