First night sleeping on the grounding mat!! I slept like a baby!! This is the first time I have slept this good in a long time. Placebo effect or not…who cares! It worked! I used this mat as much as I could yesterday. When I sat down to use the computer, sat to eat, or did anything really, it was at my feet. Then a full night sleep on the mat and it really made a difference. I’m taking note to see how much this actually effects my body over the next few weeks. I got a 2 pack so my daughter could have one also! It came with the outlet checker to verify the outlet you use is properly grounded. I also purchased a separate meter to test the output of my body while on the mat vs off but I haven’t figured out how to use that yet. The kit also came with a book with detailed info. I’ll take a look through that this evening. They also provided a QR code to a free documentary about earthing/grounding. This is the perfect kit for earthing. Thank you!!

After only a week. Hubby and I have been married 44 years and together 48. Rarely have we slept together a full night as he snores and has restless leg syndrome. It was always difficult at best to get back to sleep after having to get up to go to another room. My mind/thought were always a jumbled mess. Now my mind/thoughts are more linear. They flow freely rather than all my thoughts coming at me at once and fighting for attention. I am rested when I awake and I am able to sleep through the night with my hubby as his snoring and restless leg has calmed down to nearly nothing. His hands were beginning to shake too. That is nearly gone now. I actually wake up smiling. We tried the mats under the sheets for more comfort, but they did not seem to work as well. We have ordered a full size grounding mattress cover with two grounding ports, that actually goes under sheets. I'll keep you posted on that review. Now we can use the mats on other beds in the house or in the living room while watching TV. We had a storm the other night and wondered about the ground cord being plugged in. Hubby unplugged them for safety and read later that it was a good move as you should not use them in a storm even though the risk is low....like showering in a thunderstorm.

i followed the instructions a & the passed the grounded test. I have NO idea if it’s working. I have one I stand on in the kitchen -when I’m able to stand in one spot (not long)) & I have another on the floor at my recliner so put my feet on it when sitting & feet down. When I recline, I set the mat near the bottom of the seat area & on the foot recline area. It’s summer, so I’m mostly in shorts so part of my thighs & calves & feet are on it then. I have no idea if it’s doing anything. I’ve not read the book that came with it yet -but I watched the “Earthing Movie” on U-Tube (about 1.15 hours). That movie is what led me to Amazon to buy the 2 mats ($99.99 for 2) The movie was about giving them more energy & immunity, less aches & pains. Etc.. (I recommend watching it!) Also, walking barefoot & in the grass-sitting it; working in the soil are recommended to get Grounded. As a side note:all My adult life I have worked landscaping Our yards, digging up the bed areas, & vegetable growing areas, planting Flowers, bushes, etc. I Loved getting my hands in the soil. I was usually on my knees or sitting & barefoot. I look back to those years & I was seldom sick. I had tons of d deft. It was often very hard work -too hard for a 5’3” girl who seldom weighed more than 115 pounds. I only ate 1 meal a day, generally around 4-5:00 pm. - bcuz I didn’t get hungry until then. I sometimes had a cup of hot tea in the morning, but that would be it, other - crates l, eggs, what’s Dr He er. I seldom snacked at night, but if I did it might have been a handful of peanuts or a piece of chocolate. My husband was 6’ 4 & he had coffee & some kind of breakfast - cereal, eggs, whatever he fixed. He did not do as much work in the yard as I did or get down into the aground like I did & he got one sickness after another. We ate early bcuz that’s when he needed a refiilling & he would often snack at night. I had not thought bout how Healthy I was most of my life until I watched the movie …. And realized that since I seldom get out barefoot or get my hands in the soil much any more - I have aches & pains -muscles , joints & bones since living in Texas. It’s too hot & humid & just plain miserable pretty much year round (Spring - where it meets wit Houston ). We’ve had 3 weeks of 99-100+ degree weather this summer. Before that we had weeks & weeks of Rain. It doesn’t cook down much at night. People think of Texas as being a place where outside living is at its best. Wrong! So, long story LoNg / I can’t say the mats are doing or will do anything -but I can look back & say unequivocally, being outside & letting as much skin as Is feasible make contact with the Earth!

For some strange reason, it took me three years since learning about earthing from a family friend (I didn't watch the earthing documentary yet), to finally purchase this. I don't know why it took me so long especially after telling friends about it then later hearing how it improved their lives... I just took it out of the box finally and checked for a grounding outlet (I love how this kit provides EVERYTHING and a book!) and stood on it. I immediately felt tingles all over my body and a sense of calm wash over me. It felt incredible but in a subtle way, if that makes any sense. I went over to my dog who was trying to get comfy for the night, picked her up and laid her on the mat to see if she felt anything - wow, she instantly got comfy and relaxed as if it was hers (which ain't her MO). She didn't budge; but because the mat was in the doorway, I asked her to get off it and she reluctantly did. I moved it across the room to plug into a different grounded outlet and she followed me closely then plopped perfectly onto it, which by the way, was in an area she doesn't usually sleep! She fell asleep in seconds, I tell you! SECONDS. Animals simply know things as they're always tapped into Mother Nature, so I trust my fur baby's instincts. Tbh, I'm surprised there are quite a few skeptics in the reviews saying they didn't feel a thing. Maybe for them it just needs to take a while. I can see how some people might think they feel nothing because you really have to be fully attentive of your entire body in order to feel anything at all. It feels like an energy transfer. Anyway, I immediately got onto Amazon to order more but they're sold out / not in stock. Went directly to the website and promptly ordered two more kits for family. As I write this review, my dog is deep in her dreams and practically snoring. Going to set up the 2nd mat on my bed and see what happens tonight and on. Shall update in time. :)

Company doesn't take accountability for what this product will do to your home. I purchased this product after I saw the movie called "Earthing". I had high hopes for this product but the particular product I received had an issue with it. It caused this constant frequency noise to emit from the grounding mat and then I unplugged it to see if the noise will go away but it doesn't. According to ChatGPT this is what is happening: When you connect a grounding mat to a wall outlet, you’re literally connecting your body to the building’s electrical ground system. That ground can carry small amounts of stray current or electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from the house wiring, nearby appliances, or even neighbors’ wiring. Your nervous system can become a kind of antenna. For highly sensitive people, this can feel like a high-pitched ringing or buzzing.Sometimes, instead of feeling it, you hear it — not because it’s audible in the air, but because your auditory system is being stimulated internally (like tinnitus). Why it happens with the mat plugged in Electrical interference / “dirty electricity”: Older or unfiltered wiring can have small voltage spikes on the ground line. Ground loops: If your home’s ground isn’t clean, plugging into it can introduce low-level current through the mat. Body voltage shift: When you’re on the mat, your body voltage changes suddenly, which can temporarily irritate the nervous system or inner ear. I brought this to the attention of this company and this is their response: "Because I have never encountered this situation before I did send your request to a specialist. There should be no sound coming from your outlet at any time, you will need to call an electrician to have this looked at. Your outlet was not correctly wired from the start." I'm shocked by how this company doesn't at all take any accountability for their product causing this to my home. Now I'm living with this sound that is constant 24/7 and won't go away. I have to bring an electrician to see if this issue can be fixed or not. I have lived here for nearly 14 years and I have never had this issue before.

I had high hopes to be able to use these mats under my keyboard, in my bed, or on the floor. I tested my outlets to make sure I had a true ground but no matter where I put them, they really don't seem to do anything. I still have tons of static. the mat is incredibly difficult to sleep on top of as it bunches up when you move around and it's like sleeping on top of plastic, sticky & sweaty. I tried it in my desk chair too but it really didn't have any beneficial effects that I could tell.
