Our bottle disappeared in about 2 days. We were putting this in tea, in soda water, and in food. It's tart (it's yuzu!) but it's really good. I really need to go order more.

Tastes great but the price is a bit much

The label says this is "yuzu soft drink." It tastes like a sugary syrup with yuzu flavor added. I have been mixing it with a yuzu powder, but use it sparingly because of the heavy sugar content.

I used this concentrate to make Japanese Yuzu Sour, and it turned out to be the best Yuzu Sour! I love its natural flavor and taste. Highly recommended!
