This is helping me to wean off soda and artificialsweeteners. They have mild flavor. The electrolytes help stop muscle cramps, & has enough "body" to not miss the carbonation as much. Certainly less expensive than buying the bottled.

I have to drink a lot of electrolytes for my low blood pressure, and I don't love the sugarless liquid IV flavors, so even though liquid IV is much stronger, I've been buying propel as well. I got a whole flat of the raspberry lemonade, which was fine, but I wanted to try more flavors. The blackberry lemonade is pretty good, better than the raspberry lemonade. The lemon tastes like lemonade, it's fine. But the orange raspberry is delicious. If you want a really light flavoring that's still pleasant, the blackberry lemonade is probably your best bet, but otherwise the orange is the very top. I also don't get people saying you can't have it in a cup. You literally just have to stir it and give it time and stir it again. Not that long, a few minutes. It diffuses worse than the liquid iv, but anything you don't stir will just stay at the bottom. You can shake it, that disburses it, but it doesn't make it dissolve, so if you want to drink it the second you put the powder in, just understand it's going to taste like water with some particles of flavor in it. If you too have pots, it IS NOT enough to stop me fainting in the summer, I had a really close call last year, and I'd been chugging this stuff, but if you eat / take extra salt, this is getting you close.

Just as good as the bottled but for better cost!

I love the taste of these and they mix very easily. You don’t get any chalking taste or texture once mixed. Makes staying hydrated much easier for me.
