I've only used this product for about a month. So far, I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels. The taste is pleasant, and the dropper makes it easy to take. Being a liquid, it is fast acting as opposed to a tablet or capsule. I haven't noticed any change in the inflammation as of yet. That may take a little longer.

I struggle with focus and have some knowledge about certain herbs that help with this issue, so I researched different products. I came across Mari Ruth, of which I am a big fan, along with some of their other products. This is another one that doesn’t disappoint; as soon as I take it, I feel the immediate effects. I may have to take it a couple of times a day, but it’s very helpful, and I would highly suggest that anyone with a busy lifestyle who struggles to focus try this because it really helps you stay on task.

Love!!! This is such a great replacement to adderall. It gives me energy and focus without the jitters. The taste is not bad and it's easy to take a few dropper doses throughout the day. It easily mixes in water or taken directly

As a card carrying stress monster, this product helps me maintain a "go with the flow" attitude when life comes at me. (Considering the crazy that is going on right now in our world, who wouldn't benefit from something that helps with that??!!) The product is pleasant tasting so I didn't need to add it to anything in order to make it more palatable. The issues I have are the the dosing instructions and the size of the bottle. I am not sure if the 1/3 of a dropperful is accurate for 20 drops that they say is a dose. When the dropper tube is filled up to about 75%, there is just over 20 drops. Definitely not 1/3 of the tube. Additionally, if I needed to take this 3 times a day, (instructions say 1 to 3 times a day), this bottle would only last 10 days. If you are looking for something that soothes your frazzled nerves and improves your focus, you might want to give this product a try. It's great for people who don't do well with swallowing pills as well.
