It’s safe to use but all results will be different
I have been taking this product for a week and am yet to see a result, acne has flared up but I am expecting it to leave as time goes on, with energy however I have certainly seen a difference and can tell I’m more energetic, it’s definitely easy to use.

Be aware this is a diuretic so you will constantly need the loo 😬
Didn’t realise this was a diuretic (it doesn’t appear to be mentioned?) until I asked a nurse friend to check it - this was after several months use and wondering why I was so dehydrated… Won’t be using again sadly
