Although the product was sent for inspection, the warranty and resolution process was slow and frustrating. As a customer, I was left without a dash cam for an extended period, and neither the seller nor Amazon provided a satisfactory resolution. In my experience, Amazon did not take responsibility for resolving the issue beyond directing me to the manufacturer. If you are buying a dash cam for safety and evidence during emergencies, reliability is the most important factor. Unfortunately, this product failed when it mattered the most. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. I suggest that buyers carefully consider other brands that offer better reliability, responsive customer support, and a clear warranty process before making a purchase.

One of the best products for a car that needs to be installed by everyone. I ordered this 3 channel dashcam as per my requirement and I paid 25K for this. I installed this dashcam in my car by myself after checking couple of YouTube videos by using the tools provided in this package and took half an hour to do so. We can access videos/photos through the Wolfbox app on the fly and connectivity is good. This dashcam has almost all the required features and can be easily understood while reading. Note: Before installing, first check the functionality of the dashcam(front, rear and inner) by giving power source.

My dashcam works for sometime then switches off and on continuously. Also occasionally shows that the SD card is not capable of keeping pace with the recording though I have purchased the same SD card as advised.

Ottima Dashcam per quanto riguarda la qualità costruttiva e la qualità delle immagini. L’unico aspetto da tenere presente è l’angolo di ripresa della telecamera posteriore. E' dichiarato l’angolo orizzontale (140 gradi) ma non quello verticale. Dovendola installare su un camper volevo sostituire quella precedente montata in alto. In sintesi per avere una visuale posteriore sia della strada che del retro del mezzo arriva al massimo a 2 metri di distanza dal posteriore. Sicuramente non idonea per le manovre in retromarcia . Ho montato la telecamera in basso sopra la targa, così arriva a 50 cm dal posteriore. Ho consigliato al venditore di indicare in descrizione anche l’angolo visuale verticale. Se volete montarla su un camper spero che la mia esperienza vi sia utile. AGGIORNAMENTO: Ho modificato la recensione a 5 stelle in quanto il venditore mi ha contattato per comprendere il problema, ringraziandomi anche dei suggerimenti che gli ho fornito.

The screen and touch responce is great. It has nice features. Front camera is pretty good but rearview is not as good after dark. Some pictures that are uploaded can be misleading and make you purchase a different model rather than what you want. More importantly, the customer support is phenomenal. They will fix any issue and make sure you are happy with the purchase and the brand. Happy to own a Wolfbox branded product.
