Loved this resistance ban!. I've been using this resistance band for a month and found no signs of wear and tear, still looks as new. Rubber quality is also good I got the heaviest variant of it, for deadlift and strength training for arms. Really tough to pull which goes on to display the quality and strength of the material. Gripping is a bit difficult due to the width of the band which is approx 6.5 cm. Better to get a cushioned external handle or you can just get used to it.

Aesthetically pleasing Cons Only issue is that the lighter bands yellow and red are very thin. It doesn’t matter for me as I use gloves and shoes while working out - but if you use bare hands and feet then the lighter resistance bands can be uncomfortable.

Good quality, great for exercise...got these four items (3 resistance bands and one door anchor)...they are certainly good for those who want a home workout materials, you don't compromise anything unless you are pickey about getting a dumbell...they can replace a dumbell...plus they are easy to carry long lasting and can also be used in resistance and assistance way...like if you want to make pushups weighted then use them...if you can't get you pull-ups done then use them for assistance...there are plenty of ways to use them...scan the QR code given in the packet or watch YouTube tutorials or you can get creative yourself... Amazon did a full refund, but boldfit that typically builds good quality products did poor design on this and can be a costly oversight Hope they take note and rectify.
