The unit doesn't create a vacuum, so you have to squeeze the air out of the tube nearly each time you try to get some toothpaste. It works, but if you need this as an accessibility tool, look elsewhere. **Update** I recently learned my child has twisted the ring on the top of the unit. Now that I corrected this the toothpaste is pulled and the unit operates without touching.

I bought this product to help my mother in law with her struggle over toothpaste tubes with arthritis and blindness but it was absolutely useless. First of all, the dispenser can NOT be adhered to the wall because the charger is at the back and sticks out further than the adhesive tape sheets. Also,the ON/OFF button is located behind the dispenser so you cant reach it if it is stuck to the wall??? Furthermore, it won't work if it is on the charger and doesn't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. It's a complete waste of money. We tried to get it to charge for a week and it's a very poor design. It looks great but doesn't work worth $#!+ and it is going back. Buyer beware...this is total garbage.

This dispenser is amazing; especially for the price. Definitely beats the manual pump ones both in quality and aesthetics. The silicone connection allows the toothpaste tube to thread in with ease while keeping a good seal. The silicone dispenser dispenses a clean fold of paste which keeps things much cleaner than previous products I’ve purchased. The best part is how everything is modular so it makes cleaning it easy.

This product has really helped with my oral hygiene routine by containing everything into one area off of the countertop and distributing a more sensible amount of toothpaste for each brushing. I will say that you want to make absolutely certain that where you place the mounting sticker is where you want the unit because that thing is not going anywhere! It takes a little fussing to get the toothpaste tube inserted properly but once there it works fantastic! However, I did notice that if you twist it too far, the nozzle of the toothpaste tube can snap off inside the unit. It isn't challenging to remove since the soft silicone allows you to pull the plastic out with the help of a pair of tweezers, but it is a little disappointing to have it break. Super easy to clean when you change out the tube and/or need to unstop any toothpaste stuck to the dispensing end! Really happy to have purchased this despite those above mentions. I feel it is worth it just for the little extra ease that comes with having a precise amount each and every time without fighting with the cap on a tube of toothpaste.

It works as a dispenser but not very effective honestly. It takes a while to respond and recognize the toothbrush. My son always pulls his brush too soon and then it’s messy everywhere. You can get in and clean it but not incredibly easy

I have bought two of them and they stop working within 6 months and the on/off rubber cap falls off and inside the unit! Hard to clean and I have to squeeze the tube all the time! Great idea for an older person but very frustrating!

My daughter loved it, ut has lots of room for storage and has a clean finish, we put it on the wall and it adhered fine so far, the only thing I would say is to be careful when placing the adhesives since the storage slides on top of them they might slide down before you stick them and end up a bit crooked. I am not sure if they sell the adehsives separately but it would be nice or to have an extra one on the original set.

I bought this to try to minimize the toothpaste mess and waste in my kids bathroom. This did not do the trick, in fact I think they used more toothpaste with this. its turned into a giant glob of toothpaste on my counter (because you can't charge it with it on the wall) and it only works like 5 times before you have to charge it again. it also didn't recognize my oldest sons toothbrush (his is blue, his brothers is green) so he was constantly taking it apart, toothpaste out, etc trying to "fix" it. It dispenses 4x as much toothpaste as what they need each time also. I ended up throwing it away.
