Donckels Belgian Chocolate Truffles Dusted with Premium Cocoa 16 oz (1 lb) 454g - Made in Belgium

What can I say other than how phenomenal these taste? I’m a lifelong chocolate lover and haven’t been able to make/find a truffle that compares. Let them melt in your mouth!

A pound of these goes a long way, even for a glutton like me. Best fridged and then left on the table for 15 minutes prior to eating their rich, dusty souls.

This item came in a box that I would not recommend for gifting, as the box was a little beat up on the edges. The product was still intact and not melted, which was a big plus. Definitely would continue to recommend to be bought when it is cold as this product melts very easily.

These are the most delicious truffles I have ever eaten. Unfortunately I live in Florida so the chocolate was kind of one big clump of truffles. Got most of them pulled apart. Didn't matter once I tasted them. YUM!!! Despite the melty-ness I would order these again! WORTH IT.

Came in all melted, like a hot chocolate drink in a packet. I don't understand why they didn't put it in a temperature controlled container or smtg to keep it from melting. I've had this chocolate before and it's delicious. Sam's club used to have it during the holidays but not anymore. It's unfortunate that I paid $15 fr smtg i wasn't able to enjoy.

Best chocolates ever! Just wish the candy boxes didn’t arrive dented. The shipping boxes were in good shape. Kind of embarrassing to give as gifts in scratched dented candy boxes but the taste is outstanding!!

I asked the seller if he might know the expiration date. He replied that the product was shipped out as the orders came in and there wasn't a way to tell the expiration date for each order. I expected this but asked anyway. The expiration was fully adequate. Both boxes of wonderful truffles would be gone quite awhile before I reached that date. Donckels are the best cocoa dusted Belgium chocolate truffles ever. Any other brand should bow at their cocoa dusted feet.

I bought a couple of packages of these truffles for my wife for our anniversary. They are very tasty, smooth, and chocolatey. However ... when they arrived they came in a nice enough cardboard box and were inside a gold, thin plasticky pouch. They were not individually wrapped nor segregated in any way. As a result, the truffles formed together to make a big lumpy, solid mass. The individual truffles will melt in your mouth but they seemed to be "welded" together. It often takes two hands to break apart a truffle, with difficulty, and your hands are a complete mess afterwards. If you are the only one in the house, it might be acceptable eat them this way but to share with friends, it is not. I would not recommend this product for this reason. It would be unseemly to present this lumped chocolate as a gift to one you are trying to impress. They were delivered in February so I don't believe the weather was a factor. But they did taste wonderful.
